    Madopar Dispersible 125 replaced HBS, one tablet five times daily with Oridopa 25/100, two tablets five times daily. Started around 4 PM.
    What I can report
    Early improved movement, prolonged sleeplessness, morning OFF, chewing-like movements and recurrent unclear speech, worse overnight. These are observations, not confirmed medicine effects.

My father obtained Syndopa CR 125 in India before the first consultation around 2021. I cannot confirm its exact schedule, clinician or hospital for that treatment. Max Super Speciality Hospital appears in our hospital history, but the specific New Delhi branch is not confirmed.
